PreK 3 Year Old Program
We do NOT require 3 year olds to be potty trained.
3 Year Old Montly ThemesGetting children ready for elementary school is an important part of what we do. Your child deserves to have concentrated attention from a qualified teacher before the first day of kindergarten!
Our 3 year olds know their letters, days of the week, months, can count backwards from 10, can tell you who is on a penny and a quarter!
We will be introducing popular children's book- The Kissing Hand, The Little Red Hen, The Napping House, etc.
Our program offers Pre-Math (introduction to the concept of number recognition, counting, and geometric shapes), and Pre-Reading (introduction to the alphabet, visually and orally, and listening comprehension).
Each day, children have the opportunity to develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills through active exploration in learning centers and during group time. Language, art, math, and science activities appropriate for each age group are built into each day's lesson plan.
Our curriculum strives to further develop the child's self-confidence and social development. The child learns to share and interact in a group environment. We enhance the total child by allowing time in each day to display and recognize individual differences and needs.
